We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development, and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

Mission Statement

The Imperial Valley Human Resources Association is committed to providing Human Resource professionals an opportunity to develop and nurture professional relationships, disseminate and exchange information in a timely and useful manner, serve the human resource professional and advance the human resource profession, and participate in activities that promote and support the community of the Imperial Valley.

Monthly Meetings

IVHRA holds regular membership meetings once a month, typically meeting the second or third Wednesday of the month. Monthly meetings offer our members networking opportunities; information regarding the organization; and the chance to participate in HR related presentations by expert speakers.

IVHRA is proudly supported by dedicated volunteers who help make our programs, meetings, and professional networking opportunities possible.
